My first impression of the conference is very positive: a great audience, interesting discussions, and excellent food.”

      Dr Michael Schöpf, Venios

      Mojca Černelč Koprivnikar, Prosperia

Digitalisation is currently one of the core topics. We have to share all the best practices and challenges we’re facing. What we discussed is quite interesting for all the stakeholders in the energy industry.

      Yusuf Kaya, Siemens Energy

      Prosperia govorec

I always say that people have to get together to talk about the right topics about the challenges we are facing in Europe. It’s also important for me to see the feedback that we as a society as well as a company are on the right track. This event gives us exactly that.

      Luis Goncalves, Iskraemeco

      Rok Lacko

All of us here are interested in making a change, in making digitalisation an important topic, which we have to talk about. Everything is well-organised and the venue is very nice.

      Branislav Pilát, SEPS

      Jan Kostevc

It’s a perfect event. If you invite me again, I’ll come next year for sure because now is the right time to talk about the digitalisation. It’s a topic on the European level.

      Kalle Kukk, Elering

      Prosperia govorec

It was interesting to see that all the countries are in a big race to digitalise everything, to put everything under digital control, and how much the digitalisation has changed electro distribution, production and delivery.

      Senad Aruc, Gatewatcher

What I really liked about the event is that you had all these presentations and a small competition that made the whole thing a little more exciting to watch and to participate in.

      Dr. Henrik Lund, Aalborg University

I liked the format and organization of this event, which is the best model I’ve seen so far. It is an interactive platform where we can share experiences and discuss how to move forward with innovation, especially in the field of electrification.

Dr. Lei Xianzhang, State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC)

Innovation of energy encourages dialogue between different sectors and industries – this is a precondition for innovation and the main reason why we sponsored this event.”

Anton Petric, director, Cisco Systems (USA)

Menim, da je to dobra konferenca predvsem zato, ker poskuša integrirati različne deležnike, ki delujejo v energetiki in gospodarstvu, poskuša jih pripeljati na eno mesto in jih spodbuditi, naj se pogovarjajo.

      Dejan Savic, Greenpeace

I believe this event is a valuable initiative as it provides us with the opportunity to engage in discussions with professionals from the sector regarding energy trends, which is of utmost importance.

      Alberto Pototschnig, ACER

      Present your story of success!

Do you have an interesting business use case in the field of (clean) energy digitalisation?

Don’t miss the opportunity to present it in front of key stakeholders in the energy industry!

We will take care of the implementation and organization of the Digital Energy Summit, which every year attracts many influential stakeholders from various industries working in the field of clean energy. Your job is to simply accept the challenge, apply by November 3, and take advantage of the excellent opportunity to present your business use case.

The future of energy is shaped by the innovative, digital and bold, especially in the current circumstances!

What is the difference between in-person and online attendance?

If you join us physically in Ljubljana, you will have the opportunity to meet all the speakers personally and be able to network with other participants more easily. Imagine the memories you have from previous conferences you have attended with friends and colleagues from all over the world. There is nothing more exciting than attending a groundbreaking presentation or sharing a relaxed evening with colleagues, in a fascinating pre-Christmas beautifully decorated city, after a conference day of intense training. Nothing will ever replace the beauty and joy of face-to-face human interaction and scientific business collaboration.

Yet we understand that in-person attendance can be challenging for some of you. So, we are making it easy for online audiences to attend and project their presentations to other virtual attendants via live streaming. Both audiences will be able to interact with the speakers, ask questions and participate in polls in the same manner. Collaborative activities will be open for online attendees to join virtually. As an online participant, you can expect cutting-edge, technological, and interactive functions that will enable you to engage equally in the event, network, and expand your professional networks. We have worked hard in the past two years to perfect the field of online events.

Are networking opportunities available for those who attend the conference online?

As an online participant, you can expect cutting-edge, technological, and interactive functions that will enable you to engage equally in the event, network, and expand your professional networks. We have worked hard in the past two years to perfect the field of online events.

The conference consists of live-streamed talks. By attending online, you will have the opportunity to interact with the speakers, ask questions, and participate in polls just like the live participants can. During the breaks, breakout rooms will be provided for additional networking with fellow colleagues.

You needn’t worry about spending time and money on travelling to be physically present in a conference hall. You can still achieve professional growth, be motivated, learn, and exchange knowledge via livestreaming, the chat, and the Q&A sessions.
