dr. Fernando Liesa, Secretary General, ALICE (Alliance for Logistics Innovation through Collaboration in Europe)
Dr. Fernando Liesa is Secretary General at ALICE, Alliance for Logistics Innovation through Collaboration in Europe (www.etp-alice.eu) since its creation in 2013. Fernando is driving the development and growth of ALICE that currently spans 210+ members and a team of 25+ professionals. ALICE defines the medium-long term vision for logistics, including decarbonization, scarcity, digitalization, and automation as core drivers towards the future. In short, ALICE defines the vision, way forward and create the framework to reach to it with its members and stakeholders.
Fernando holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering by University of Zaragoza and has 25+ years of experience in research, knowledge management and management of triple helix organizations and associations.
Fernando has worked for more than 20 years linked to the European Arena and Institutions. Fernando was appointed member of DGMOVE expert group on Cooperative, Connected, Automated and Autonomous Mobility launched in 2019. Fernando was part of the drafting team of the Horizon Europe Partnership on Connected, Cooperative and Autonomous Mobility (CCAM). Fernando is proud to have been awarded with the Physical Internet pioneer award in 2017.

Lorena Škiljan, CEO and Co-Founder, Nobile
With more than a decade of experience in the energy sector, Lorena has held senior leadership roles within the industry, including serving on the executive team of Wien Energie, one of Europe’s major utility companies. In addition to leading nobile, she is a member of the Advisory Board of Enlit, one of the leading international platforms shaping the future of energy, digitalization, and sustainability.

Maiken Blaabjerg Hansen, Senior Manager, Datacenter Product Portfolio, Danfoss Climate Solutions
Maiken Blaabjerg Hansen is Senior Manager, Datacenter Product Portfolio at Danfoss, contributing to the development of advanced liquid cooling solutions for hyperscale data centers, including valve train systems and smart flow control technologies. With more than 20 years of experience in hydronics and an engineering background, she specializes in energy-efficient flow control, thermal management, and system integration across HVAC and data center applications. Maiken is passionate about driving innovation through collaboration with global partners and diverse teams to advance to advance sustainable liquid cooling and flow control solutions.

Mag. Gorazd Ažman, Chief Growth and Innovation Officer, BPT d.o.o.
As a mentor and advisor, he supports leaders and organizations in bridging the gap between traditional systems and the need for a more agile, collaborative, and people-centered culture. He believes that true transformation begins with self-leadership and that individuals achieve their greatest potential within connected and empowered communities. Through his work, he creates the conditions for clearer decision-making, stronger collaboration, and outstanding results in complex business environments.

Vitomir Panič, B2B Sales Director, GEN-I
Vitomir Panič is the Director of B2B Sales at GEN-I, where he has been helping companies navigate energy-related challenges in a rapidly evolving market environment for nearly two decades. He specializes in electricity and natural gas procurement strategies, price risk management, and the development of comprehensive energy solutions for industrial and business customers.
In his work, he combines a deep understanding of energy markets, data-driven analytics, and extensive practical experience in implementing advanced energy solutions. His focus is on helping organizations improve cost efficiency, ensure security of supply, and accelerate their transition towards a low-carbon and sustainable future.

Matej Pasarič, Strategic Innovation Division, ELES
Matej Pasarič has built his career at the intersection of law and the energy sector. After five years of experience in a law firm and an insurance company, he joined ELES, the Slovenian electricity transmission and distribution system operator.
At ELES, he led the Legal Department for ten years and was also a member of the Legal and Regulatory Group (LRG) within ENTSO-E, where he contributed to the development of European network codes.
Since 2024, he has been part of the Strategic Innovation Division, focusing on e-mobility and the planning of high-power charging hubs. Since 2025, he has also represented ELES in the international logistics association ALICE.

Robert Dominko, PhD, Head of the Battery Research Group and the Center for Carbon-Free Technologies, National Institute of Chemistry
Prof. Robert Dominko is a Research Professor at the National Institute of Chemistry and a Professor at the University of Ljubljana. At the National Institute of Chemistry, he leads the Battery Research Group and the Center for Carbon-Free Technologies, a new infrastructure unit of the Institute located in Zasavje. His research focuses on materials science and electrochemical energy storage systems, with a particular emphasis on advanced battery technologies. His current research interests include multivalent battery systems, the integration of smart functionalities into battery cells, and battery cell engineering. Prof. Dominko is actively involved in European battery initiatives and is a key contributor to the Battery 2030+ initiative. His bibliography comprises more than 230 publications and 15 patents. He is also a member of the Slovenian Academy of Engineering.
