Each time you visit the website of the company Prosperia, d. o. o., a log file is automatically stored on the web server (for example, IP number – a number that identifies an individual computer or other device on the Internet, browser version, time of visit, name of the previous page). We process this data for the purpose of monitoring the operation and managing visit statistics on our website, for evaluating user interest and for network security. Recipient of e-news

As a visitor to our website, you can also subscribe to receive newsletters, notices and information about our services and activities (hereinafter referred to as newsletters).

We automatically process, analyse, profile and evaluate the user’s interests for a better and more targeted offer and to adapt further messages.

Obtained data kept by the manager of the personal data collection:

  • E-mail address;
  • first and last name and title or gender due to the need to send personalized e-messages;
  • company name;
  • job;
  • physical address;
  • (mobile) telephone number;
  • which messages the user opened and which links in the messages he clicked;
  • which pages he visited on the website;
  • past inquiries, purchases, invoices, support requests;
  • user IP addresses and cookie IDs.

Purposes of personal data processing

Prosperia, d. o. o., Železna cesta 10a, 1000 Ljubljana will use the data obtained from users for the following purposes:

  • to communicate with the subscriber or (pre)contractual relationship;
  • for informing and sending newsletters, articles, notifications about events by e-mail;
  • for statistical and market analyses; tracking email clicks and opens and website clicks to segment and customize email content;
  • for direct marketing and sending offers by SMS/MMS, e-mail and notifications messages, traditional mail, on the website and mobile applications and making phone calls;
  • for segmentation, profiling and automated processing in order to create customized messages and offers that will be more relevant to the user;
  • to carry out prize games;
  • to display customized ads on advertising platforms (Google, LinkedIn and Facebook).

When sending e-mails, the administrator records the opening of received messages by individuals and clicks on links in received messages. It also records visits and campaigns on the operator’s website. It automatically processes, analyses, profiles and evaluates the activity and interest measurement of users for better and more targeted transmission of offers and adaptation of messages or communication.

All information collected on the above legal basis will be used in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected and will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. If there is a need for further processing of your data for another purpose, we will ask you for your consent beforehand.

Storage time

We keep the personal data of the individual indefinitely, or until the consent to the storage and processing of the individual’s data is revoked. After revoking an individual’s consent, we immediately and permanently delete their personal data.

If the purposes described above, for which we store and process personal data, cease in our company, we will immediately and permanently delete the data collections whose purpose has ceased.

Protection of personal data

The administrator will protect the obtained data in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and in accordance with its internal acts adopted on the basis of the law. It will provide adequate organizational and technical protection. Under no circumstances will the controller forward or disclose the obtained data to third parties. The company Prosperia, d. o. o., implements appropriate technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data.

User rights

In accordance with the provisions of the EU General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR), the controller of personal data must, at the consumer’s request:

  • confirm whether the data relating to him is being processed or not, and to enable him to view the personal data relating to him;
  • provide a printout of personal data relating to him;
  • give the opportunity to correct or supplement his personal data;
  • give the possibility of partial or complete deletion of personal data;
  • give the possibility of transferring personal data to another provider of related services;
  • give the possibility of partial or complete withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data.

The administrator will take your request for cancellation into account and will consistently arrange for the cancellation of consent for the purpose of personal data processing within 15 days at the latest.

Any individual, if he believes that his rights regarding the protection of his personal data have been violated in any way by the controller, can file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia) at any time.

Each user has the option to simply unsubscribe from receiving messages with one click in the footer of the received e-mail, or send an e-mail with the unsubscribe to or with a reply to the specific e-mail received.

Contractual processors and storage area

The data manager also forwards the collected personal data to its contractual partners, who can process the data exclusively within the framework of the controller’s instructions and authorizations and who are bound by a written contract concluded with the controller to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection.

The provider keeps collections of personal data in the EU and does not export them to third countries.

The controller can provide personal data to digital advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and use their cookies, which enable the data manager to create more precise segments, display targeted ads, and remarketing. This allows the user to receive more relevant advertisements on these platforms from the operator. This may involve the export of data to a contractual processor outside the EU.

Within the scope of legal requirements, your personal data is disclosed to the following data users:

  • to postal service providers and providers or platforms for sending e-mail messages (e-Prvak, Mailchimp), for CRM, e-mail marketing system and marketing automation system, to service providers for the destruction of files and data carriers, to the accounting service;
  • providers of information technology services in the context of upgrading, servicing and maintenance of software;
  • to the administrator and administrator of the website.
